I'm Alison, a Coach, based in Sunderland in the North East of England. I'm keen to hear from individuals and organisations seeking meaninful change whether its in their own personal lives, to develop leadership skills or to improve organisational effectiveness.  

My aim is to work with you on your limiting beliefs and any other barriers that are preventing you from moving forwards and achieving success. I deliver Coaching sessions in person and online depending on your personal preferences. Sessions are tailored to your needs and I will discuss this with you at our discovery call as well as explaining the process of Contracting.

Prior to setting up my own Coaching business, I've had a career spanning public and commercial sectors, with over 22 years' experience helping businesses to develop strategies for growth.  I've been self-employed for 10 years and during that time I've had the pleasure of working with some amazing businesses and charities as a Consultant, Mentor, Business Trainer and more latterly a Coach, helping to develop leaders and business owners to strengthen systems and improve organisational effectiveness.

My passion is working with people and I love meeting new connections through my work. I am always astounded at the level of skill and knowledge within the room at training and networking events. I truly believe that people are resourceful and it is this notion that has driven me to progress a career in Coaching where I am able to see first-hand this resourcefulness in action.
